Core Scientific Skills are common to all Science subject areas and disciplines. They are articulated from Grades 6 through to 12 and are covered during the year in a grade appropriate manner. Skills taught previously are further developed, consolidated and reviewed throughout all units of the course. To give a clear picture of Grade 8 Core Scientific Skills, they are summarized in this unit.
